Fysik, founded in Bangkok in 2015, merges design with gym equipment, creating timeless and functional art pieces that are guaranteed to light up your space. They only make their products on demand, and you have to request a quote to see any kind of pricing 😑
Design Ethos:
"From the very start, our goal has been to design and make contemporary gym equipment with a strong visual identity and always with an eye for the small details that makes a big difference. With our skilled craftsmen alongside a strong network of local suppliers; we are of the conviction that the combination of high quality materials and timeless aesthetics is the best path to sustainability"
🗳️ future goals: design bespoke gym equipment
Try 🐟
I’m still convinced that Patagonia has the best tinned fish that I’ve ever tried. But recently, I tried this tuna belly in Galician butter and although this doesn’t dethrone my favorite, it’s probably #2 or #3 for me. If anyone reading has any recs, send them my way!
Patagonia also has wild sockeye salmon, kernza fusilli, and margherita pizza crackers, and no surprise, all of it is fantastic.

Nike has a new book out, After all, there is No Finish Line—it’s small but packs a punch. It covers their success over the last 50 years and their audacious goals for the next 50. I’m about halfway through and already know this is essential reading for anyone wanting a glimpse into the future from the eyes of an industry titan.
From Me 🎒
A few years ago, I stumbled upon Le Youth’s live shows on YouTube. I’ve listened to them countless times since, especially when I’m designing. I need good beats, good bass, not a lot of lyrics, just enough deep house vibes, and maybe a little chorus or something that sticks out—this show hits all of those for me.
Last weekend, I got to see him live for the first time 🙌
I hope you all have a great weekend.
