Mercury tested seafood, parallel universes, config updates, and is Oslo even a city?

Itās hard out here to find great seafood in Nashville! Ever since discovering Seatopia, my seafood game has leveled up. Iāve made scallops, barramundi, and recently had a sushi night with their sushi-grade salmonāIāve loved all of it so far (I added some pics at the bottom of this post). Lab-tested, mercury-safe, zero-microplastic seafood that you can order from anywhere!

Iām a few episodes into āDark Matterā and loving it. Parallel universes, endless possibilities, and the feeling of living multiple livesāyeah, it hits all the marks for me. Iām really intrigued by where itās going, but so far, Iām hooked.

At Figmaās big conference this year, they announced a new editor, AI features, a new product called Slides, and several other major improvements. AI is now integrated into many tools I use, and Figma was one of the last to adopt it. While some features seem basic, Iām curious to see how theyāll evolve in the next few years and how it will affect my workflows.

From Me š
Iāve been cooking a lot lately. While I have a few go-to recipes, I love trying new things with whatever I have in the fridge. Thereās something exciting about not knowing exactly how a dish will turn out. Recently, I wanted to get a crispy skin with the barramundi fish, and then I served it on a bed of cherries, heirloom tomatoes, and caramelized onions. I rolled sushi with salmon, mango, avocado, pickled onions, ginger, cilantro, and a touch of truffle mayo. I also cooked scallops with a side of cannellini beans and roasted heirloom tomatoes, topped with a lemon-garlic butter, lemon zest, and some fresh herbs.
