Last week was just another reminder that Lamine Yamal might be the best player in the world right now. Seventeen years old, already putting on clinics when the lights are the brightest. He just played his 100th game and just keeps getting better. It’s wild to watch someone that young move with that much confidence, like the game’s already slowed down for him. Here’s a quick video of some of the BTS from the Inter game.

If you’ve ever felt that hit of dopamine from buying something you didn’t need—this one’s for you. It digs into why we chase happiness through spending, and why it almost never works the way we hope.

This was on repeat all last week!
From Me 🎒
I came across this quote in James Clear’s newsletter, and it hit a little too close. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about where my attention goes and how to actually protect it—not just in theory, but in practice. And yeah, guarding your time matters. But there’s also the quiet, unplanned stuff. The hangout you almost skipped that turned into a conversation you needed. Those moments matter too. I’m still figuring out how to hold space for both. To protect my energy without shutting out the small, unexpected parts of life that make it richer.
Hope you all have a great week!
