I enjoy watching the NFL draft and the NBA draft, in both cases, kids from all around the world are celebrating the realization of their dreams. I got a chance to go to NFT.NYC this past week and despite the market conditions, it was incredible to see how many people from all around the world showed up to support web3. A few other significant announcements happened in the NFT space this week -> Pharrell joined Doodles as the Chief Brand Officer. eBay purchased Known Origin, a leading NFT marketplace. Many of these moves feel more about the optics, but it’s no secret there are many people paying attention. Here’s a picture of one of my favorite moments from the NFT.NYC event, Tame Impala playing at the Moonbirds event.
